Approximately 75% of the enhancements to MUNIS are initiated by customer request so it is very beneficial to hear from our customers on what they
need. It is also helpful if one site requests an enhancement that other sites request the same enhancement. This helps our development department prioritize enhancements as well as determine if a
development charge is required. If multiple requests for the same enhancement are received it adds legitimacy to the request and is viewed as something which would benefit our user base as a whole. For
example, if Barrow County requests an enhancement we would want as many school district requesting the same functionality even if they would not use it.
