(1) Leave accruals do not provide accurate date and there is no clear reporting. A report writer must be used to provide leave usage data
to locations.
(2) Changing an employee status to "inactive" should inactive leave accruals. It should also look at all records for that employee and then prompt for execution of this
status throughout the database.
(3) Cannot do an update from the Personnel Action Screen.
(4) Multiple emloyees cannot be paid from one position and this renders Position Control
useless for budgeting and reporting purposes. There are many instances where school districts are paying the remainder of a contract for an employee while issuing a check to the new employee in the
exact position.
(5) The expired certificate report also pulls all inactive employees.
(6) A second page should be added to the MUNIS certification screen to track Georgia specific
requirements (i.e., in-tech requirements, special education classes).
(7) Accounts payable vendor maintenance should allow the printing of different telephone and fax numbers for different
remit addresses.
(8) An approver cannot have multiple approval paths.
